[Q-e-developers] PH re-structured

Dear all, The directory structure of PH has changed. Now directory PH has
been renamed with PHonon. Inside PHonon you will find the following
subdirectories:

-Doc
-examples
-Gamma : phonon for gamma only applications
-D3 : third order derivatives
-PH : the original phonon code

The user_guide is in an embrionary stage, any contribution is wellcome. If
you find Makefile problems when compiling on some Operating system, we will
be very grateful if you send a report to q-e-developers mailing list.
