[Q-e-developers] CPV re-structured moving to PHONON

Dear all CPV has been re-structured. I noticed that the "PERFORMANCES" and
"TROUBLESHOOTING"part of the Doc for the particular case of CP is empty. Any
data to fill it? we could leave these parts to the web page to. Any Idea?

We start now the change in dir structure of PHONON. We will be very grateful
if no commits on PH dir are done next few days.
