[Wannier] Reg. using kmesh.pl utility and K-point error

Hi,
  Is there a specific input file for wannier90 utility kmesh.pl to generate
the k-points? How to use the executable?

Also, what does the following error in the K-Point path indicate:
 param_get_keyword_kpath: Problem reading kpath g 0.000 0.000 0.000
