I use the code FINDSYM (<a href="https://stokes.byu.edu/iso/findsym.php" class="">https://stokes.byu.edu/iso/findsym.php</a>) which takes a cif file (of conventional or primitive cells) and output the primitive cell parameters. Can be used online or downloaded.
