has been included in the SVN version of QE a few months ago.
Should be included in the most recent release (5.4.0).<br>
A reference to this development is PRB 93, 235120 (2016).<br>

I saw in 2014 a discussion that this would be released in
the next version, then an update in Feb 2015 that this is
