<p>I am trying to use the EPW extension with QE version 4.0.3. <span style="font-size: 12pt;">I've</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> managed to compile EPW successfully </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">and epw.x begins to execute before terminating
with the error:</span></p>

<p>forrtl: severe (36): attempt to access non-existent record, unit 24, file /fs3/e05/e05/uccamor/921-Espresso/P_test/epw2/ph.igk<br>
</p>

<p>Any suggestions or insight would be very much appreciated.<br>
