    I bet this question has been asked before, but browsing QE forum

    posts I could not find anything specific.<br>

    One often finds band plots as the one below with symmetry labels

    along the x axis.<br>

    how can I do that with QE?<br>

    I've run :<br>

    pw.x calculation='bands'<br>

    <br>

    bands.x with  lsym=.true. <br>

    this produced .dat and .dat.rap file<br>

    <br>

    plotband.x<br>

    this produced bunch of .plot files<br>

    <br>

    <br>
