Dear all,<div><br></div><div> Hi I am trying to calculate the electron-phonon interaction matrix element for semiconductors, as described in the documentation as g(k,i,j) :</div><div><br></div><div><a href="http://www.quantum-espresso.org/wp-content/uploads/Doc/ph_user_guide/node12.html">http://www.quantum-espresso.org/wp-content/uploads/Doc/ph_user_guide/node12.html</a></div>
<div><br></div><div> The expression for g(k,i,j) is generic and should apply to both semiconductors and metals (correct?). But why does is also say in the documentation that only calculations for METALS are allowed? To further calculate the phonon linewidth? If that is true then can we do calculations for semiconductors and extract the matrix element from the output? I need those to calculate phonon-limited carrier mobility. Thanks in adance!</div>
