Hi.<br>intended to study of the impact of the electric field on an additional electron in a structure.<br>I was wondering whether it is reasonable to just add one electron to the structure and apply electric field.<br>Is there a way to put just one electron or an electron-hole in a box and apply the field to it with QE?<br>
