no, it means that the Troullier-Martins pseudization is used<br>
(instead of the Rabe-Rappe-Kaxiras-Joannopoulos pseudization)<br>
but not that the pseudopotential is generatedin the semi-local<br>
form (pseudotype=1)<br>
