By doing so, you should also consider that the number of things that ought to be done "better sooner than later" is probably larger than you can imagine, and certainly larger than what can actually be done. This being said, QE will probably be moved to SVN. The time frame of the move will not be decided by how much better SVN is with respect to CVS, but how many more urgent things have to be done. I am sure you will understand this, and I wish you will not withdraw your support if the version control system you'll have to work with is not your favorite one (nor it probably is of any of the developers).
