ecutwfc and ecutrho. In general plane wave code, only the energy cutoff for 

wavefunctions is adequate. Why do we need ecutrho parameter in PWSCF? 

In the help file, The explaination for ecutrho is too simple. Who can tell more 

details and orginal reference about it?</FONT></DIV>
