[Pw_forum] from read_wfc : error # 29 cannot open restart file for reading

You cannot restart from an interrupted run unless
1. you specify in input a maximum cpu time (variable "max_seconds") after
which the code stops,
   or
2. you stop the run by creating a file $prefix.EXIT in directory "outdir/"
