Dear Experts,
I am currently studying different doping configurations in GaN nanowires.
When I relax the system it takes a long time. Now my query is this : Does
it matter too much If I relax the system with few k-points (i.e. 1 1 3 or 1
1 4 or 1 1 5 ) or should I use dense k-points
