[Pw_forum] Problem with BURAI1.3 on windows

Hello
I download BURAI1.3  for windows from:
http://nisihara.wixsite.com/burai/resources
and instal Java: Version 8 from:
https://www.java.com/en/download/windows-64bit.jsp

The graphics do not work.

I also want to ask if there is a version for Linux?
