[Pw_forum] frequency dependent Dielectric permittivity tensors for phonon mode at Gamma

Dear Sir,
How to calculate frequency dependent  electronic and the static  dielectric
permittivity tensors  for  phonon  modes at Gamma point in Quantum
espresso. The unit cell contain 24 atoms,it is semiconductor material.
please suggest if any code for this calculation.
