[Pw_forum] BFGS Relaxation

Dear kanak
Ecutwfc is too small. Find the optimal value. Set ecutrho = 5*ecutwfc.
Set mixing mode local TF because of inhomogenity.
Set conv thr of order 10^-9set dt= 20
