[Pw_forum] phonons and non-adiabatic effects

Hello,
I am doing some analysis of Kohn anomaly and non-adiabatic effects in 
graphene and I'm interested in following paper:
Phys. Rev. Lett. 100, 226401 A. Marco Saitta et al.
I was wondering if there is any available version of PHonon code 
modified to perform calculations described in this paper?
