[Pw_forum] Problem compiling QE 5.0.2 on IBM iDataPlex

You shouldn't use openmp-enabled compilation and libraries 
without -D__OPENMP. This is completely unrelated to your 
problem, though. You should first of all wipe out all
compiled objects and modules in iotk/src.
