[Pw_forum] unable to download qe 5.1 source tar balls

I am unable to download any of the tarballs from the qe forge website.
When I “wget” any file, between 100-500k is downloaded before hanging forever.

Example:

# wget http://qe-forge.org/gf/download/frsrelease/151/580/xspectra-5.1.tar.gz

This happens no matter which tarball I try to download.
My Internet connection does not seem to be the problem as I can download other things fast from other locations.
