Hi,

Two questions :

(1) CVS gets stuck at thermo_pw/src/write_read_energy.f90 .
      Any suggestion ?

(2) The new release notes say :
      dynmat.x can calculate phonon contribution to dielectric tensor .
      Any input tag (or file) for calculating so?
