[Pw_forum] installing input file builder: gdis-0.99

Hey  Jinghui,

Are you sure the last version is 0.99?
 From the website it's 0.90 and actually GDIS does not support QE files.
I run it without any issue on 32 and 64 bit machines.
You may have to go to Xcrysgen or J-ICE for using QE files (still 
limited unfortunately).
