[Pw_forum] compile on ia64-hp-hpux11.23

Dear G. M. He:
     Maybe your problem is due to the usage of the compiler mpif90, because one year ago I encountered a problem seemly the same as yours (I'm sorry for that I have forgotten whether it exactly is). I used the intel fortran compiler and MKL for instead, then the problem was solved.
