[Pw_forum] Difficulties compiling comp_resp_mat.j to optimize the U

[pc229 at kent.ac.uk]

Actually, the compilation is fine goes fine since I try to run the executable. 
The outcome is: 
resp_mat.x: error while loading shared libraries: libmkl_lapack.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.
Has anyone figured out how to do ?
