exactly: whenever a shared library is not found at run time,
there is a (typically small) installation problem of the compiler
or of the libraries. By the way: recent versions of gfortran
seem to work for the basic pw.x and cp.x code, but they 
might fail for other codes such as the phonon or gipaw code.
