About the rest of your message: if a process is not running close to
100%, it is either swapping, or waiting for I/O, or for memory access,
or for the CPU. It is exceedingly unlikely that this depends on usage
of compiler version 10.1.000.0.1234567890.sin(pi/2) instead of

version 10.1.000.0.0987654321.cos(pi/2)
