[Pw_forum] about grid_gather error

Dear Yuan,

   Could you please provide some information about

  - your system (input)
  - how you started the program (how many pools etc)
  - which version of the code are you using (v4.0.1, recent checkout from
         the CVS server, ...?)

   Then we might be able to help you more. This looks like if you have 
asked for too many pools or so.
