try to understand why it failed: it might be something trivial
to fix. Only somebody who has access to a SUN can fix the 
calls to ffts. If you succeed, please let us know how you 
managed to. If you don't, define __FFTW and
__USE_INTERNAL_FFTW and recompile (clean at least
Modules/fft_scalar.o and clib/): they should work on Sun
