[Pw_forum] Psuedopotential generator of José-Luís Martins

Hello pwscf users,

I want to use pseudopotential made by José-Luís
Martins' code in pwscf, but it doesn't seem to have
a tool to convert to UPF.

Anyone konw how to convert or where the converting
tool is?
