[Pw_forum] compilation error on IBM

Hi,
I am trying to compile pwscf1.3 on IBM AIX.
I am getting the following error:

xlf: 1501-228 input file /home/subhra/pwscf/clib/clib.a not found
make[1]: *** [memory] Error 252
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/subhra/pwscf/PW'
make: *** [pw] Error 2

Can somebody help?
