Unless you use fftw you need anyway cxml for fft so you must link either
cxml and blas-lapack BUT if you invoke the options like -lcxml -lblas
-llapack you will obtain the linking of all the cxml routines. 
Try , if this is the problem issuing -lblas -llapack -lcxml.
