so the reason should also be similar:

option "-nomodule" is for ifc v. 7 and later. For ifc version 6 and 
earlier, use 

MODULEFLAG= -cl,./intel.pcl

instead of 

MODULEFLAG= -nomodule -I $(OSHOME)/Modules -I$(OSHOME)/PW -I$(OSHOME)/PH

in make.sys
