Dear all,<br>

I am trying to compile thermo_pw 1.7.1 with QE 7.1 version. As is instructed by the developers,<br>
<br>
I issue a make join_qe in the THERMO_PW folder, followed by make thermo_pw in the QE folder. However I am getting an error:<br>
<br>
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `make.depend'. Stop.<br>
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/eamouj78/Softwares/qe-7.1/thermo_pw/lib'<br>
make[1]: *** [thermo_lib] Error 1<br>

I am sure the compilation is straightforward , but I am not sure what is going on here.<br>
