<p class="MsoNormal">We want to use the Quantum Espresso program to make DTF calculations in a TUBITAK (The scientific and technological research council of Turkey) Project that is accepted. We aim to obtain a commercial product as a result of our project.

<p class="MsoNormal">During the project, we want to use the Quantum Expresso program through İstanbul Technical University – National High-Performance Computing Center.

<p class="MsoNormal">This National High-Performance Computing Center has its own Quantum Espresso program and we know that program is free.

<p class="MsoNormal">I am writing to ask Is the Quantum Expresso program free for academic studies only or Is it free for commercial project as well.
