Dear developers <br>
In version 5.4 If we use prefix for the path which we want install
QE and compile it by INTEL parallel studio the binaries file in
source is correct but when you command "make install" the binaries
in prefix path will be depended on some library which there is not
on system at all. I think this is a bug.<br>
